Level 1 -
Self-Healing

Self-healing is the foundation of your training. In Level 1, you’ll focus on understanding and healing your own emotional and mental bodies so you can become your own empowered healer.

This level is crucial for your personal growth and self-awareness, enabling you to fully step into your healing power.

Key Curriculum Highlights for Level 1:

Energy Healing Tools & Techniques: Learn how to effectively work within the energy fields of the body, transmuting and integrating energy for profound healing.
